My name is Marcia Stokes, the owner of The Mail Store. Back in 1992, I left one of those corporate high-tech jobs after 15 years and lots of airline miles.
I came back to Texas and purchased THE MAIL STORE in April 1993. I became it's third owner in 12 years. |

Since then, The Mail Store has evolved with the times and neighborhood. We survived the BBQ restaurant fire next door and all the construction while Highway 183 became a an actual freeway.
In addition to all the somewhat 'traditional mail store' services, we have added a gift shop in our 2100 square feet.
Look for our sign that says "MAIL - GIFTS", but most people still know us as the local mail store.
Our new customers are always pleasantly surprised with our wide array of gift choices. Our long time customers keep coming back for variety, convenience to the neighborhood and reasonable prices.
